Responsibilities:
- Work actively on preparing accurate Job Descriptions for openings at the company.
- Manage and maintain all company job listings on various hiring platforms.
- Schedule and Conduct interviews as and when required for various levels of hiring.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for the company- sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding candidates for various tech and non-tech roles.
- Carry out employment verification and background checks for new hires.
- Manage HR Documentation and assist in carrying out company procedures.
- Organize employee engagement and development programs.
- Be the point of contact for employees and respond to queries within the company.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience working in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of G-Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Empathetic approach and attention to detail.
- Passion to create a diverse and equitable workspace.
